Using videonist

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant videonist a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service — drafts, previews, and exports you request.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing material
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• No resale of access outside an approved plan

Plans & billing

Paid plans renew until canceled. Fees are described on the pricing page. Free-tier exports may include a watermark.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, videonist isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
